Well Informed What I appreciate the most is the communication; I.e. keeping me update on the service of my vehicle.. I receive a text after I’ve left asking if I have any questions to reach out to this particular advisor SD calls with updates on the status. I’ve been using Annapolis BMW for 12 years now and have never had to bring the car back for something not fixed properly The first time. Their attention to detail is very important and what I appreciate the most.
