Lost in the abyss This was the first time I didn’t have AMAZING service and I hope it is the last. The service itself was great. The lack of communication was terrible. My car was dropped off Thursday evening. And despite many texts and phone calls I was not able to talk to anyone and no one returned my texts. For days.
