Great Service Each of the three folks I encountered - service rep in the am, loaner car person and service rep when I picked it up- were helpful and polite. The intake guy listened to the problem, readily offered that it was likely covered by an extended warranty, but spelled out exactly what would happen it it wasn’t. Loaner car was warmed up and ready. Service experience Waited for car to get 17,000 mile service. Timing was exactly as estimated. Car was washed too.
Good Service, but left uncertain about recall. Fast service. Not sure about the recalled service I was told about when checking in. The Service Advisor 653452, said that there was a recall of a side front panel B41 03 21 on my 330XI. When the service was completed and I signed the paper work (that I did not receive a copy), I noticed a note on the bottom of the Repair Order Detail - Internal Copy, that the part for the recall was not in stock. Thorough Very customer friendly
Excellent service Very professional and thorough service visit. Service tech provided a video of the inspection and made it very easy to visually confirm what is recommended. Although I was there for just an oil change, I received a nice update of my vehicle’s condition. Many thanks to the service team and keep doing what you’re doing. I highly recommend and give an A+
