Great Service! I service two vehicles here and done so annually for a decade. Though expensive, I find the service people to be very informative, courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and polite.
Good Service No one greeted me until I entered the building. I had a Lexus and their service reps meet you at your car. When my service was complete, my vehicle was pulled into a parking space, parked between two vehicles. Again, I guess I’m use to Lexus- they bring you vehicle to you at the service door.
PDD I really liked the video with technician Matthew explaining everything he did. Service was great. I have been dealing with BMW of Annapolis for many years. Always get great service. Thanks for washing the car. Jane King is the best. She is kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. Happy Holidays.
