Great fast repair and awesome customer service My car broke down unexpectedly and had to be towed to the shop late Sunday night. BMW of Annapolis’ Justin the service manager was awesome and my car had major repairs performed and completed by Monday afternoon. Great team at this repair shop!
Friendly and informative The service associate was friendly and listed the services being performed and gave me a final price. The work was done quickly and I used their pickup/drop off option which made it very convenient. They even corrected an issue I pointed out on the alignment I had done during the previous service for no charge which I had not expected. Oil change Very easy process to schedule and get oil change. Everything was easy and quick 45 minutes from drop off to walking back out. And my car was washed!
