Tire alignment became safety conversation Went in for an alignment and unfortunately I need rear tires as well. But they did a video and were very explanatory about the problem And are going to help me fix it as soon as possible the next day

Scheduled Maintenance Nick was my Service Rep. He was extremely nice. I was in for routine maintenance and I had an issue with the top hatch closing on me. Although the service folks did a diagnostic they discovered no faults. They tried to recreate the problem. They did all they could and I really appreciate that they tried. Nick said if it happened again to call immediately and they would get me in for service right away and get me a loaner as they would want to keep the vehicle for at least two days. Quick and Convenient Quick, convenient, and courteous.
Prompt Thorough Service Have serviced my care here for 10 years - usually waiting rather than using the free loaner program. New feature is the technician creates a video showing th condition of brakes, tires, possible leaks, etc.
Always accommodating!!! Always manage to fit me in, and get me back on my way in a very reasonable amount of time.
Consistently excellent service Once again, the BMW Annapolis service department was outstanding in professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. I really appreciate their consistently excellent service! And, JP Phipps has always been up front, providing honest assessments and advice. (Wish BMW maintenance costs were lower, but that is a separate issue.)
