Great Communication This was my first visit to BMW Annapolis service and it was very pleasant. They sent me a walk-around video of the undercarriage while it was up on the lift. Nice touch. Best sales experience ever Ben Allen at BMW of Annapolis is everything you want in a salesman. He is knowledgeable, super intelligent, good natured, witty and honest. I live in Baltimore and had not so great of an experience at Towson. I would highly recommend that anyone in the Baltimore area take the trip to Annapolis and buy their car from Ben. Great place to do business I was buying a pre-owned certified car sight unseen from 800 miles away. I worked with Ben who made the process easy. Everything was ready to close when I arrived. Ben showed me all I needed to know about the car and be comfortable driving it back to Chicago. The car is impeccable. Everyone did a great job making my experience there excellent!
