X2 Service I'm on my second BMW and this dealership get's it right. Jane takes good care of you in the service dept and the Manager Eric is pretty awesome too. The wifi and refreshments help tremendously.
The Best!! Salesman Andy Alexis and BMW Finance Mgr Dave Meir were terrific. Very helpful in responding to all question and I never felt any type of pressure -- just good advice. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Annapolis BMW and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. Follow up this first week has been excellent.
Flat tire on a Labor Day weekend On Route 50 we hit a sharp object in the road and blew out a rear tire on our way from Ocean City to Virginia. BMW Service picked up the phone right away and they had us in and out with my car washed within 2 hours! We were so pleased they had a tire for my X3 and put it on ASAP. Thank you Nick, the service advisor and technician who worked on my car!
Excellent sales experience! Much better experience than the last time I purchased a BMW, which was at a different dealership. Not that that place was awful, but down in Annapolis they really seem to have it together. They always kept me in the loop and treated me with a lot of consideration, really going out of their way to be accommodating and to make sure that everything went very smoothly, which it did! Friendly and accommodating service. BMW of Annapolis was able to accommodate my schedule and have my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I drive almost 2hrs for service so when I call for service on my vehicle it’s an all day affair regardless of the service I need done. When I called for service they told me I had a recall on my vehicle so while I was there they took care of that too.
