Never any disappointments: Great Service I have had several BMW's and used a few different dealers for service. BMW of Annapolis has been the best experience. They always stay in communication, do great work and keep us informed of what the vehicles need.

Absolutely amazing!!! I had an amazing experience! Since I was in Texas working nights, I decided to put in my application online. David M. (finance) and Thomas B. (sales) both contacted me the next morning. The deal was completed via text and Fedex (paperwork) and I couldn’t be happier!!! Nick, Amber, Heather…Great!! Amber was great with setting up appointment and helping and responding to an emergency scenario with my car. She also expressed empathy and apologized when I relayed that a call days earlier (Friday, 3/18) to another assistant when scheduling my appointment was to have someone reach out to me about a question I had about getting my car in and was to have scheduled a loaner car for me.
