New brakes My brake light came on yesterday afternoon. The service department could get me in this morning. They knew I do a lot of driving for my job and scheduled me quickly. They kept me informed of every step when came in this morning. They were friendly and courteous.

Tire Change I liked how quickly the service department was able to get me in for an appt. I had an appt for 830 am and was not out of the dealership until 11 for an issue with my tire (nail). In my opinion, this should have been a relatively quick diagnosis/ fix. When I asked what the delay was 1hr 45mins in I was told that there were a bunch of cars being serviced (I would think that would be the point of scheduling an appt) and that it would be another 45 mins or so (which seemed excessive). March 2022 Service Love my service rep Jane King and the manner in which she keeps me informed regarding what is happening with my car during service.
Professional Service Annapolis BMW and more specifically Andy Alexis took great care of me. They helped me select the right car and got me the best financing. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new purchase. I highly recommend them. Andy, Richard Saah and Alexis Thompson are definitely the A Team!
