Great Service Department! They actually answer your call!! Made my first visit to BMW of Annapolis and it was an outstanding visit. I had to get a state inspection completed and the process couldn’t have been more convenient. Unlike most dealerships in the area, when I called to scheduled a service appointment, they actually answered the phone and provided me with an immediate appointment.
