Mixed review I had a mixed experience with the service department. On a good note, they were able to provide myself with a loaner vehicle (which turned out to be a necessity) and that process was smooth and efficient. Due to the nature of my repair, my vehicle was at the service department for 8 days. From the time I dropped it off until I was informed my vehicle was ready I did not hear from my “service advisor” once, not a single update, what was wrong with the vehicle or what needed to be done. Cost BMW parts should NOT be so exorbitant! Can ALWAYS go other places, but having work done at a dealer for these types of cars is always a safe bet!

Horrible service rep, had battery changed and they left off all the covers Service adviser failed to communicate, took weeks to perform repair, changed batteries and left off all covers, horrible service

Great customer service! M This morning I had a 7am service appointment and needed to be out of there by 9am. Jane worked with me and got me out of there by 8:20am. There was no short cuts...I even got a video link from the service representative. Thank you!

BMW-X5 —Life Saver ! Awesome experience! Many thanks to Ms. Jane King and Mr. Matt Murphy for saving my life!! Working around Annapolis , I wanted to save time to change the oil in my BMW X5. I stopped by Valvoline at 57 Mayo Road in Edgewater . Worst experience ever at that store location. After leaving the store not even a block away from the store all hell broke lose with my vehicle…. Great service. Super happy with their work. I had my vehicle serviced by BMW of Annapolis for some replacement tires and a new battery. The prices were very competitive, and the staff was very friendly when it came to explaining everything. The car feels great with the new tires and a fresh alignment. I waited a little bit longer than expected by an hour or so, but not a huge issue.
