Quick service On time and professional and competitive prices
Thank Justin Great experience with JP. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t rate the service as a 5 star is because I originally scheduled my service for Saturday and my tires had not come in. It would have been nice to receive a phone call prior to driving there. Overall, great job.

2014 X1 Excellent, professional, knowledgeable service
Awesome customer service I am a stickler for customer service, but I am impressed by the service dept at BMW of Annapolis every time I take my car there. They are honest about which services I need and which ones can be delayed without causing damage to my car. The service team has always been friendly every time I visit. The waiting room is comfortable as well. The rates seem to be comparable to other repair centers as well. I plan to return for all of my repair needs.
Jane King was excellent as always Jane King is an excellent service provider! She is thorough, researches information, provides options and is highly responsive and reliable.
Dontae at BMW Annapolis is an Awesome Professional I took my 2015 650 Grand Coupe to get service and Dontae and techs at BMW Annapolis did an amazing job
