This is the 3rd BMW I have purchased at Field's BMW and they never disappoint. A thoroughly enjoyable process and very fast. I dealt with Annie who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Field's BMW is simply the best and I would never go anywhere else to puchase a vehicle.
The internet sales manager and Pieter were very helpful and responsive. We went through a number of alternatives and ended with the best possible fit.

The sales consultants (Carrie Shapiro and Alex Ilic) really understand the vehicle and all of the options offered. They were courteous, without the high-pressure sales tactics. Even managed expectations appropriately about the F&I process; as painful as that can be, Fields' experience was rather pleasant.
