Rick was great. He got me in and out before a meeting at 9. Very nice and even tried to squeeze in an oil change do I didn’t have to come back but it didn’t work with my schedule.

Anni and the team were great from a sales standpoint. I was disappointed in getting a clear compare and contrast between hybrid expectations performance and regular performance.
We have been leasing BMW’s for many years. No matter where we acquire them the service is performed at Fields BMW in Northfield, IL. Jerry M in service support always makes sure I’m taken care of as well as my family. He’s honest, kind asks great questions and m car always comes back better than it was. We also have leased several vehicles here too. Five stars. Also it has the top food court free in the area!
This is the sixth BMW I’ve leased through Fields. I’m always impressed by the professionalism of the staff, and I’ll be back in 3 years for the 7th.
I have been dealing with Chris Goodrich and Laura at Fields for the last several years. To be honest although I enjoy my car it is the service they provide that brings me back to BMW over other cars.
My interaction with the Fields BMW staff was very good throughout the car buying experience. Carrie Shapiro was excellent in finding the right vehicle and giving me good counsel. I feel I got a fair deal - one that did not overly favor either side. Enjoying the vehicle and hope I do not need to comment on Service Department for a long, long time.
Fields BMW provides outstanding service. Employees are friendly and are always looking for ways to be helpful. I think they make every effort to meet the customers needs.
