Very helpful and prompt, which was exceptionally helpful as I was moving cross country. The car had a factory issue and they were helpful resolving all issues and ensuring the car was sent cross country

They got us the car we wanted at a price we wanted, plus friendly people, no hard sell, good trainer (BMW "genius"), and efficient free car wash.

Damage caused to the vehicle resulting in needing the repairs were BMW engine design flaw issues and should have been repaired by fields when I brought it to the attention of service team, and prior to the expiration of warranty. This overlook cost me thousands of unneccessary dollars. Nevertheless, Jerry has always been very good and attentive to any issues that have come up with my vehicles.

I have taken my 2014 5 series to Jerry 2 times and he has taken great care of me. Got everything I needed done and I was in and out. I would definitely reccomend going to see him for your service needs.

Christian Savoy was awesome. He handled everything and my x6 was fixed to my satisfaction. I was also given a loaner with no problem. My certified x6 so far is great.

My service rep, Chris Goodrich, always goes the extra step to make sure everything is perfect. Rich filed in for Chris this time and he was every bit as attentive as I have been used to.

The manager and other employees went above my expectation. They made car buying easy. I made an appointment with Daniel the BMW genius. He was extremely patient with me and told me to come in any time.
