The whole experience was very smooth and straightforward. Tom did a great job for us. I would certainly recommend him and Fields for someone buying a pre-owned BMW.

Their prices, especially promotions, are competitive w/ local garages and the work is done right. My BMW is almost 8 yrs old. Most of the work has been done at Fields and the car runs great. It can get complicated if you are dealing w/ electrical issues which is a BMW issue but if addressed early usually the solution is found

Easy to make appointments on line. Greeted quickly. Advisor explained what needed to be done and approximate time needed to complete service. Service was completed quicker than anticipated. Coffee and food were very good and comfortable waiting area. Always treated very well.

My X5 required service due to an engine malfunction. The problem was identified without delay, and a solution was thoroughly explained. I was provided with a comparable loaner during the service period, and I am completely satisfied with my experience. Brandon Luke was my service provider, and he was courteous, professional, and very accommodating.
The dealer work on price and the process after picking up the car was easy. They match the trade in from another dealer making the process moving fast.
