Everyone we interacted with during the sales and orientation process was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. Our first BMW experience and it was a good one!
We had a great low-pressure sales experience with Fields BMW in Northfield. Marc Kuperman was our salesman and we were happy with the price, service and delivery of our new X5! The GM was also very easy to work with, didn't make us wait or give us the run-around- gave us his best price and a deal done within a few minutes. This is my third vehicle purchase from the Fields family and perhaps my best experience yet! From the opportunity to extend the test drive to the detailed explanation of 430i, their focus was on not just selling me a car, but selling me the car that was right for me. Very good service. Richard was helpful, informative, friendly, and communicative. The work was done right and on time and thewe called me promptly when finished.
I had a new battery installed aling with some other tune ups. The service rep did a great job explaining everything. Pleasant waiting area and loved the free breakfast.
