My salesperson Lisa Wyat was exceptional and went above and beyond my expectations with her dedication to serving my needs and making sure I was very happy. The used car manager Dan was also not be outdone! There were a few challenges he met with the utmost professionalism and made sure everything was up to my expectations....this was our 5th BMW purchased from Fields they treat you like family! Experience was quick and everyone was professional, but it lacked details. I asked about my tire tread and the answer I received was, "they are fine". No details about mm left or how many more miles left on them. Also didn't receive details about life on my wiper blades.

Once again a great experience getting my car serviced. Easy to schedule and was completed right on time! Wish that I would have been able to get a loaner but the shuttle service worked out just fine

I find it very easy to drop in and have my issues dealt with immediately. Everyone is so nice and helpful. And my daughter loves the panini! I forgot the name of my service advisor, but he was great ! We had recently bought our first car with Lisa and now plan another purchase soon ! Thanks

Jerry got me in and out with a loaner car is running great . Only problem is service fees are high. Ompared to bringing it elsewhere. I continue to use Fields because I trust that the BMW technicians know the car the best and the service team is good
Excellent experience. Brought the car in for its first maintenance visit and waited for it. Service advisor was awesome. He kept me updated on the status and they competed the maintenance in the time frame that was promised. Fields really takes care of their customers. That's why I've bought my last three cars from a Fields dealership and will continue to do so.
The fact the service area couldn't diagnose my issue the first 3 times, left me in a very dangerous situation that can easily been catastrophic to me and other drivers on the road. I was given lazy excuses on what was wrong the car.
