Jose is the best service advisor! When I need to bring my BMW X5 in for maintenance I always request Jose. I am so glad this dealership gives me an option to choose. He gives top of the line customer service.
Problem Battery!!!!! I have been having trouble with the battery and had used the Trickle Charger to ensure morning starts. My next day morning appt was just fine, and John S kept me informed. Within 45 mins the Tech had diagnosed, and was on his way to replacing with a new battery. After about 1.5 hrs. my 335i was ready for drive out, priced as estimated!!!!

I love this place and my service advisor, Juan! I always enjoy coming to this dealership. The place is beautiful, and the people are great. There are several other BMW dealerships closer to my house, but I come to this one.
