Service Appt My service guy was excellent!!!! I forgot my service guys name but he was excellent and my service did not take long.

Emissions Light and Other Small Fixes a Success I have a 2019 440i that barely has 10,000 miles on it (I bought it in December 2018). My emissions light came on, so I made an appointment to take the car in. While there, I also pointed out a few minor interior issues that needed fixing: the silver plate surrounding the gear shift was bubbling and one of the radio buttons had cracked. Service David McCormick is a great service manager and easy to work with. If you need someone who will give you great service and who will not play games he is the man you want to work with. I recommend him and BMW west Houston my family and I will continue to use them as we have for over a decade.

First Oil Change Didn?t pick up car when scheduled, but they made it up by good customer service and returning the car quickly
