Dr. Shouming Zhang Today I had a real VIP service that even made me fell a little guilty! My 3-years free maintenance service of my new car was expired just during the holiday. But I not only had the free service, but also receive the standard Pickup Car Service from my home Complimentary Car Wash. Finally I only payed $25 for the car inspection! Next time I'd like to have more car services to pay more.
Great Service! My experience at BMW west Houston was great. Aaron was a phenomenal salesman. I got everything I wanted in a brand new car. I didn't have to do a thing! Aaron took care of everything for me making my experience was effortless. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to be a proud BMW customer.
Good review David McCormick did a great job managing my repairs. He was very honest about what needed replacing now and what could wait for some time. He quoted me a price, but found that one repair wasn't as extensive as I had approved, so the cost was less. I appreciate the integrity.
