Great Experience! I seldom write reviews. However, I had an exceptional experience at BMW of West Houston. I discovered the car I had been looking for online on a Sunday. I contacted the dealership first thing Monday morning and established contact with my salesperson, Nick Calovich. I visited the dealership that evening and agreed to the terms of the sale. Sweet 16 Purchase - Best Experience at BMW West I worked with Raymond from BMW West Houston to purchase a car for my daughters birthday. The service was unmatched on so many levels. I told them what I was looking for and received a list of all the vehicles that fit within my request. I even asked to prank my daughter with a mini van and they made it happen... making this the best experience!! Also, I expressed not sitting at the dealership for extended periods of time. I was in and out! Very happy with everything.

BMW X1 After visiting other dealerships in town, this was going to be our last stop or give up. we made an appointment with Aaron. We arrived and he was available to discuss our options. we planned on purchasing a second had X1 we saw on the internet. The care was very nice and everything as described. We ended up purchasing a new 2021 X1 because the interest rate was lower with no miles and the longterm warranty. This really was the better end choice. Timely, high quality work I was involved in a low speed fender bender in my new MB 450 GLS. Damage wasn?t severe but did involve rear bumper, rear wheel, running board and door panel. I had worked with Momentum West several years ago and when I learned they were a preferred vendor of my insurance company, selecting them was a no-brained.
