Buying my X5 M Sport I took my 5 series in for maintenance (which is 7 years old) and finally decided to trade it in. My service rep (JW), who's always been upfront, convinced me it was time for an upgrade. After stating I really wanted a salesperson that I could have faith in, she introduced me to LR. LR was great! Attentive, asking all the right questions, never talking over me...very good at helping me find what I wanted. Truly one of the best salespersons I've ever worked with. I couldn't be happier. Give him a raise!!!
