My 328i I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and BMW West came to my place of business and picked up my car. They did the oil change but in the process found that my car had some wear and tear issues. They wrote me an email explaining the repairs along with pictures of the damage caused by the problems. I excepted the repairs and they had them repaired and had my car back to me the next day. Very professional and friendly staff.
