Wonderful experience I purchased my 2018 X6 M from online and the rep Tom Luk was exxxxxxcellent in guiding me through the process. a good experience for my BMW X5 annual services the whole experience was very smooth. I dropped my car at this dealer 7am and got a ride to my office. before lunch time the service work was done. The service representative called me and setup a pick up time after 2pm. When I got there, the car was thoroughly clean and ready to go. Excellence service.
