What an awesome salesman - Aaron Salem Aaron Salem should be named the sales person of the year for the following reasons: responsible, rational, passionate, hard-working, and very resourceful. He was all of the above when he helped me purchased my 2020 BMW X5. The car that I liked was no loner available but that did not stop him from finding not just a replacement but a much better X5.
2016 Hyundai Sonata The saleswoman, Monika was very inept, rude and untruthful. She was told that we already had financing and asked if they could bring the car to our house for a test drive as my son is critically ill and needed an infusion an hour after we could be to the dealership. She said no, we don't do that. So we asked if she could have all documents ready so we could just sign, give them the draft check and leave to give my son his infusion. She had NOTHING ready.
