Repair of battery issues. Repair took several days which was regrettable but understandable given the complexity of the battery/electrical problem.

BMW west Dealing with BMW West Service Department is the reason my next car will be an Audi. I LOVE my X5, but dealing with the service dept is not worth. My husband owns an Audi and I hate to agree with him on that, but I should have bought an Audi.
