Excellent service John Blevins and his team are great; no matter the service. Everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. The facilities are always clean and during this time of pandemic all areas are properly socially distantanced. A very comfortable place. Wait times are never long; quite enjoyable.

Glenda Gongre my salesman was Nick and he made the whole process so easy. We communicated over the phone and when I got there he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. 2020 BMW X5 Demo buying experience Go ask for Mr. Raymond Carrigan when you visit BMW West Houston to shop a car. Great Sales Rep to communicate with and he will do everything he can to accommodate your needs.
