Great service! Purchasing a new car definitely isn?t an easy process, but the service department, specifically my service advisor Joanna Wolf has made my life so much easier. I walk in and out, and pretty much everything is done for me. All I have to do is sit back and relax. Every request I?ve made has been met with no issues. They even sanitized my car. Thanks BMW West! Great used car shopping experience! I went shopping with my wife and 4 year old son. The entire staff was patient and made us feel welcome. We worked with Nick in sales and felt very comfortable with him... he is transparent, professional, and courteous.
