Great maintenance appointment Had an easy service appointment with the help of David McCormick. Had little wait time for checking in and obtaining a loaner vehicle. Same as for the pick up.

Purchase of my BMW X1 at BMW of West Houston I purchased my first BMW from BMW of West Houston! Berj Khanoyan and Juan Baez-Navarro made the process VERY easy and simple! I bought my BMW used and it looks like new. I love it!! They explained any questions or concerns I had. To test drive the BMW Juan brought the BMW to my house and for the purchase of my BMW I did not even have to step foot in the dealership. Everything was quick and easy! Thank you Berj and Juan.
