Service I would like to thank Jose Maldonado, at West Katy BMW, for his excellent customer service. l called on short notice to ask if he could fit me in his schedule for an oil change. I was there in ten minutes and wasn't there long. I mentioned my Registration sticker was still in my glove compartment, l hadn't had time to put it on the windshield, he offered to do it for me.
