Review of my experience My experience was one of bittersweetness. The finance manager charles cunning tried to lowball me on my trade-in. This was insulting and in my view very very unprofessional. This made my whole experience awful. The salesman Raymond Carrigan was very professional and good. Lourdes one of the finance managers was very professional and very helpful. Rip off I took my 2014 BMW 535i with less than 87K miles in for an oil change. (I bought the car at the Clear Lake BMW dealership new. This 2014 is my 3rd 535i. I have always done the service BMW suggested. In May 2020 I had the valve cover gasket replaced as part of a repair done on the oil system.) when I picked up the car the service dept said I need $2200 worth of service done including replacing the entire valve cover and gasket!) immediately I knew they were scamming me so I took the car to a reputable service company ... read more
Routine Service TOTAL INCONVENIENCE! Went for my routine service.. I had a pleasant experience until i got all the way back to my house in Cypress and realized my weather mats were missing... needless to say I had drive all the way back to the dealership in Katy to get my mats before they mysteriously disappear.. gross.
Called to get quotes on repairs on my 550i. Called in to get quotes to have my vehicle serviced at this BMW dealership and this was the most outrageous three phone calls I had to make with a “luxury dealership”! I got transferred from person to person to get quotes, no one says their names - weird - and then every single Person I spoke to had an immense attitude. Total disapointment Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership. They deceived me and sold me a preowned BMW car in a bad shape and when I wanted to use the guarantee which I bought from them they said the guarantee won't cover the expenses bc the broken electric part is sometimes working sometimes not, so it is not completely broken :D Of course the list of complaints is longer. DECEPTIVE My Car went in to BMW 2times before they took care of the job entirely I Paid for work that should of been covered and it took 2 incidents for them to fix it. The first time my BMW M5 stalled we had it towed to the dealer they said it was some fuel Injection Issue I was told it was covered by the warranty and they also try to say is bad gas which damaged the injectors I knew better the gas I put in my car is Premium all the time, and I was told I can only use Shell in my Car and think That should not be like that o... read more
Customer Poor customer service in the service area. Zero acknowledgment upon arrival. With four service workers at their stations, one in conversation with another employee, one with a customer, a manager walking around spraying the insides of the three cars in the station, I had to stop a guy walking by me for attention. He waved my questions away and pointed to the guy already with a customer stating that he will take car of me then walked off. DO NOT RECOMMEND.. I made an appt to get a recall service done on my BMW car. I took it in and was assigned to Jose Maldonado as my service advisor. I decided to wait in the waiting area while the work was completed. I got there around 9am and around 12 pm, they informed me that the car was ready and they had done a complimentary car wash as well.
