Horrible Customer Service I took my car in at 10am on a friday for an oil change. The rep Jose told me it would be 2/230pm when my vehicle would be done so i ask for a shuttle to be tooken home. Also, i was told that the DEF fluid for diesel engines would be included in my oil change. I waited all day and havent heard anything. Finally about 5/6pm i called to see what was going on and nobody knew anything i couldnt get answers as to why i waited so long to get my vehicle. Sleazy and unprofessional sales tactics Purchased a CPO 2017 BMW 330i from this dealership and this is my experience. I emailed salesperson Tommy Luk before going to the dealership and asked out the door price for this vehicle including any dealer add ons. No dealer add-ons were disclosed at this time. I drove down to BMW of Katy which is about 55 miles from my home and test drove the car. Car was nice and clean so we started negotiating the price. Car Repair My car was in the service center for 4 months many back and forth with adjuster and service blaming each other regarding delay. 1 week after receiving call that car was ready couldn?t get it because service said insurance didn?t pay, emailed and call insurance again and found that 2 supplemental checks cashed. Terrible I had purchased 3 BMW- 1 from this location. It seems to me that the advisor and the staffs don?t communicate with each other. They wanted to charge me for the service that they did not render. I would not expect this kind of service from BMW. You guys are supposed to be the best! What happened?
Very disappointing as new BMW owner My 1st ownership of a BMW so of course I want only the best of service for the vehicle. I wanted to surprise my wife with a quality attention to detail full service vehicle wash, wax, leather, full interior, and engine detail. Review Jose Maldonado is my service advisor and it is because of him AND the dealership that I stay loyal. I did have the first -ever issue with the loaner vehicle I used.. The email detailing the return of the loaner noted it was returned at 2:54pm and with only 1/8 tank of gas. This was bizarre because I actually returned the loaner at 10:45am that same day with a 1/4 tank of gas (which is what I received the loaner with). Service John Blevins was the contact person for this visit not my first time dealing with him but this time NO 1st communication with me . The two days my vehicle was there I had to call 1 st to get the status . That?s ridiculous why should I have to call you to get an update . You should call me you have my vehicle.
