"Interested in new car. Considering BMW" Visited Dealership. Met with salesman. All questions answered. Scheduled test drive . The advertised car I had come to see was not available for 1 month. Test drove a larger one. Cost over $20,000 more. Jerry was knowledgeable, easy going and did not pressure me. I was interested in a new or used car.

"Great experience" Upon a recommendation from a friend, we drove 75 miles, well worth it. Great helpful staff-no pressure at all, let us take our time. We purchased a wonderful CPO for my wife-she loves it!
"Extremely professional and accommodating." I had an excellent experience dealing with BMW of Westlake. The dealership went out of its way to make sure that I got the car that I wanted. The car is just great and I would certainly remain loyal to this dealership. John Caruso knows his product and, I might add, very patient in finding just the right car for me.
