"Alignment" Was turned down by other service center because my car has a lowered suspension. Jim Strunk and the crew at BMW Westlake were able to align my lowered 335 to specs. in a timely fashion.
"Christian and the staff were extremely nice and professional" I brought in a "new" used car that was purchased a week prior at another place. There was an issue immediately when we test drove the car that was "fixed" immediately onsite with air in the tires. On the way home, driving newly purchased car, tire light and service car light came on. Immediately called that dealership and after two days, they said bring it in on Saturday morning, which I did. "First CPO BMW" I just purchased a certified pre-owned 328i. This was my first BMW and I was treated with great service. Paperwork took very little time and the BMW Genius helped me understand numerous features on the iDrive system.
"Wheels and Tires" had my tires mounted by a local Big Box Warehouse - and had some front end vibration - stopped by Cassie at Ganley Middelburg Heights and she got me in and out quickly, with ZERO vibration. thank you!!

"Excellent Experience" We've worked with John Caruso in the past and he makes the entire process of trading in a car and buying a new one seamless and enjoyable. Mike in finance also did a great job, was very organized, and made that part of the process go smoothly. Nathan, the BMW Genius, did an awesome job explaining the new features of the vehicle - there are many changes since our purchase five years ago - and helped us feel comfortable as we drove away for the first time.
"Helpful, relaxing, respectful and kind." The reason I am giving a good review was because I was helped promptly, respected and treated with an overall high quality relaxing atmosvehere all around. The showroom was clean the cars inside the showroom were intresting and the doors were unlocked making me feel trusted to experience what each car feels like on the inside. "Outstanding" Second BMW and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Second experience with john Caruso. As I told him, refreshing to be treated as an equal to a male shopping for a car. This wasn’t the case at other luxury dealerships I visited. Love this dealership!
