As always, their sales staff customer service has been excellent and their service department is wonderful at explaining all you need to know about your new car. I especially like the follow up texts after every visit to make sure all is well with the car.

"Check engine lite on and normal service" My BMW was serviced at the former Ganley BMW, Middleburgh Hts, NOT BMW of Westlake, so I can not give a positive review to a service received in Westlake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But Middleburgh Hts. does a great job for me.

"Excellent experience. Staff highly responsive." Highly recommend this dealership. Sales and management were awesome. There was no sales pressure and the price offered was reasonable. They listened to what I had to say and matched me with an excellent vehicle.
