"Simple, frustration-free experience." John is very easy to work with. He made purchasing my BMW 2 Series as easy as having a conversation. I drove almost 8 hours to see the car and everything was exactly as it was described.
"Awesome service! " The team made me feel comfortable to raise any concerns I had about my vehicle. They sounded knowledgeable about the technical issues of my car and were very transparent about effort needed to fix it. There is something unique about the team where they make seemingly big deals look trivial. As a customer I naturally sounded alarmed about my concerns. The BMW guys never did. They calmly walked me back into practical solutions and took my stress away. Great team!
"Great facility, friendly staff, best service" BMW Middleburg heights is a great location with great staff. I got relatively quick appointment for service, with a loaner vehicle. Work was performed quickly and the car came out with an awesome look after thorough cleaning. I worked with the service manager, Cassie Thadeus, and received 5 star professional and pleasant service. I would definitely recommend this place for BMW service. The shop is open till 8.00 on Monday and Thursday, which is convenient for after work pick up.

More importantly they knew the product and answered all of my questions. More importantly, my new 2019 X5 40 is an absolute BEAST. One day with it and I am ecstatic about my buying decision.
