"A pleasure to work with" We visited the dealership to look at a specific car we saw online and ended up leaving with the newly designed 2019 3 series model. Jerry and the staff took very good care of us providing top notch customer service and allowing us to turn in our previous lease. Harry was very knowledgeable and gave us a very good overview of the car's many features. We are very satisfied with our experience.
"Sons first putchase" My 19 year old who is in OH for college decided to trade in his Crosstrek for an Audi S4. I wasn't crazy about the idea but it was time to let him do his own thing. It was a 2011 with 98K miles on it and he bought it as is. Again, not what I would have done but it's his call. Less than 48 hours later he was spewing smoke from the car and had to have it towed back to the dealer. "New X7" Great dealership. Great car- great on comfort and driving but lacking in convenience. No where to set down or store glasses, or items such as mints or even hold a pen. Armrest is slightly awkward and small to use. Great to have a charging pad for the phone but it is behind the cup holders and you need to move your waters to get at the phone, and it holds only one phone. Yes the passenger can plug in but there's no where to set the second phone.
"Air bag recall" Great service, and very professional. I was allowed to use one of loaner cars. Christian notified me when my car was ready. I will use them again.
"Great & Simple Experience!" My wife and I bought a BMW X3 from Jerry. He was easy to work with, got us a great deal, and made the day of the sale a very simple process for us. The car was pulled into the garage, detailed, and filled up with gas before our arrival. This is a huge bonus for me because most dealers anymore are lucky to wash the dirt off let along fill it up with gas. We were treated so well and I would definitely go back again!
"Enjoyable" Very friendly and personable. Pulled loaner right up to the door and had my car pulled up when I returned. Knowledgeable of what was having to be done
