"Excellent All Around" I have purchased my BMW from Westlake location but service at Middelburg Hight location. I have taken my car in for oil change, new tires, ... I am extremely happy with their service they are friendly, knowledgeable, and they really do care. I call them any time I have a questions about my car they are my 911 when it come to my car. "Best Auto buying experience" From the first inquiry to final vehicle pick up, Jerry patiently answered all my questions. Never got any sales push and he gave time for me to decide. "Service at BMW of Westlake" I had a great experience at BMW of Westlake. My car received an oil change and safety inspection where they discovered I needed new brakes. They were able to replace the brakes and do the oil change very quickly. My service representative kept me advised of what was going on through text messages and phone calls. The use of a loaner car was also very helpful. Thank you for the great service.
