Excellent service and experience from Jimmy in sales to Nez who went over every detail in the car the process couldn't have been better or easier. Everything was ready to go when I walked in the door. Love to deal with BMW and Westlake/Middleburg Hts. dealership. Also really happy to see Jim Strunk from service at the Westlake dealership!
Sales team was low pressure, but knowledgeable. Went over various vehicles and their differences Tech team spent plenty of time explaining the car and features, on delivery
Jimmy was quick to recognize me and assist me in getting my new plates put on my new vehicle. He was friendly and made sure I did t have any questions about my new car and offered to have it washed as well. What great service!
Every person who helped me from my salesman to the genius who explained all of the wonderful features of my new car. The paperwork was ready when I arrived. BMW of Westlake also offered to come out to my house to set up the garage remote.

The new car is great and I couldn't be happier. John Redden did a great job watching for one that met my needs and working with me to get a tremendous deal. I'm a repeat customer as I came in for a new car when the lease on my 328 expired. Bob Strecker was great in helping finish up, Mike made the finance process easy and smooth, and Justin was excellent in helping me get all of the technology set up. I'll definitely be back again!
