Had a terrific experience working with the team at BMW of Westlake. Jimmy Laumer was the consummate professional, providing test drives, answering questions, and taking as much time as I needed to figure things out. His support team was just as good: courteous, professional, knowledgeable, but never pushy. I would definitely want to do business with them again.
This was a was the easiest transaction I have ever had purchasing a car at the dealership. My sales person Steve Mihalic was amazing!!! He bent over backwards finding me the perfect car at a price I could afford. If you are looking to purchase a car he is the guy you want to call!! This was a very friendly and positive experience. A very hands-on and helpful approach that made me very comfortable un buying my BMW. My sales professional was very honest, knowledgeable and hassle free. The dealership was friendly, very inviting and not pushy at all. I also was impressed with their approach of not having me leave until i was comfortable with knowing the functions of my car and its accessories. Their helpful approach and allowing the car to speak for itself helped me make the decision to buy there.

Service was awesome. Ken did a fantastic job of meeting my needs. He was patient and extremely helpful. Nate was awesome explaining my car's new features. And as always Jim and Brittaney make service a breeze.
Jerry was low-pressure and willing to work with me on the price of a loaded CPO X5. He was patient with my multiple test drives.
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state as I live in New York. The trip to Ohio was more than worth it based on the customer experience I had with Steve Mihalic. He was a great resource in the buying process as there are extra steps to transporting a car out of state. He negotiated a great deal for me and ensured everything was ready when I arrived. New was fantastic helping orient me to all the new Tech in my 640 GT. Not only was he competent with the new car but was able to walk me through how every feature compared to my previous 14 335 GT. He connect my phone, set up my connected drive and truly made each setting customized to my preferenc so i can now drive and enjoy!
