John is very knowledgeable of these high tech cars. He was very thorough in explaining various financing options available and did not pressure me in any way. With all of the high technology on these cars it can be somewhat overwhelming, but Dirk answered all of my questions with pedestrian like answers that made it easy for me to understand.
I purchased many cars in the past but my most recent experience at BMW of Westlake was hands down the best. No pressure sales approach, honesty and respect is what our salesman (Steve Mihalic) delivered in spades.
This is the single best dealership experience i have ever had. I wasn't attacked by salesman and they worked with me on pricing and payments.
Traveled form Chicago to buy a a somewhat rare 1-series configuration. Worked out details and deal in principle (including trade in and new tire install) remotely based upon pictures and text communication. Simple and painless negotiation and purchase. All paperwork was ready for me on arrival without any last minute gimmicks or pressures.
This was my first time buying a BMW, and the team at BMW of Westlake was great. I had purchased other high end luxury brands previously, but the people I worked with, Jimmy Laumer and Bob Strecker were great. They took the extra time needed to find the car I wanted. Would go back to them again.
Great service from BMW of Westlake. The sales process was perfect. Not pushy, but gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision. Ken was exceptional and flexible on timing of filling out paperwork and worked around my schedule.
I personally worked with Steve. He was a great sales associate. He was patient and too thr time to explain everything to me. At first I worked with another associate, I don’t remember his name but he was rude. I asked to speak to someone else and Steve picked up and provided an exceptional service.
Ken Delk was very responsive and helpful in assisting my car purchase. I highly recommend working with him and Westlake BMW on your next new car.
Had a great experience getting my new car 2 weeks ago. Steve and Adam made the process of getting a new car very easy. Nate was awesome how he went over every detail on how to work all my new gadgets
