My experience purchasing my first BMW from BMW of Westlake was a great experience. The client advisor, Jimmy Laumer, was very knowledgeable about the product and easy to work with. The BMW Product Genius, Justin Niedzwiecki, was very reassuring and patient as he explained the car's options. The whole experience was stress-free, unlike other experiences I've had purchasing vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership.
Steve took the time to show me several cars and let me know about another car they didn't have at the location, but could bring in the next day for me to try. I'm glad I took him up on that because that was the one I wound up getting! Certified pre-owned is a great option. I've been driving my car for three months now and have been very happy with it.
As a female it can be challenging to purchase a car, not at Westlake BMW, they were honest and extremely approachable. I drove 125 miles to pick-up my new car and everything was exactly as promised! I purchased a 428i CPO. The staff treated me very well. When I took delivery of the vehicle, there was some minor damage to the bumper. The team picked my car up and deliver a rental the next day. Within 2 days my car was fixed flawlessly!!
Originally, I wasn't sure I was going to buy a BMW, I just wanted to see what was available compared to Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus. Jimmy took the time to walk me through a few different vehicles until I had a better idea of what I wanted in my price range. No pressure, very knowledgeable, overall it was a very pleasant experience. I wanted a hatchback and was leaning towards the X1, ended up going with the GT 328i with the hatchback.
We were very satisfied with our overall treatment at BMW of Westlake. Steve was knowledgeable about our choice of vehicle and we did not feel pressured to make a snap decision! It was a pleasure working with him!
