I purchased m y 1st used car (a BMW) after many years of driving new Porches and BMWs. The salesman, Steve Mihalic was a pleasure to deal with. No surprises.
I had the most pleasant experience at the BMW Westlake. They made us feel very important and special. Ken Delk and his team helped us make sound decisions on options and savings. I started with a small 3 series in 2011 just to see if I would like the drive. I had the 4 series after enjoying the 3 series. Now I am on to the 2018 540 i series and loving it with an add on 2017 340 i for my son ! I am looking forward to working with them again after three years and refer friends in the meantime.
Nate was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. I never felt rushed and he took the time to listen and work with me.
To date I’ve purchased about 20 cars at dealerships ranging from south western Virginia throughout West Virginia and Tennessee. And now Westlake in northern Ohio. Worked out 99% of the details on the phone as we knew exactly which vehicle we wanted. We did this since this dealership is 6 hours from our home. John Caruso is an excellent sales advisor. This past week visited dealership to look at X5 Diesel and was totally impressed with him and the vehicle. He listened to requirements and was spot on with handling the entire transaction. Also a great deal of praise for Mike Niedzwiecki who made the financial paperwork completely painless.
