This was my 5th lease from BMW. Love the cars and great service from them. Ken Delk was easy to work with, responded to questions promptly and provided great customer care. Everyone there made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Great care buying experience!
Our experience with BMW of Westlake and John Caruso was terrific. It was painless, the deal was what we were hoping for based on our research, and we got the vehicle we wanted. I found the car that I knew I wanted after looking daily for weeks! I called immediately and I got transferred to Q. Within the first few minutes I could tell that he was set apart from the typical car salesman that I had been dealing with the past couple weeks. Purchased a used 3 series. Was a comfortable process. The whole team was helpful, appropriate, professional From the sales person, to the finance person, then the man who introduces you to the features of the car - it was a smooth, impressive process. Felt as it I was getting a brand new BMW.

Ken Delk, was wonderful to work with and gave me a very competitive lease deal on my 330. He was extremely responsive to my questions. This is the 2nd time I leased a BMW from this dealership. Also, Nez is a wizard on explaining the BWM onboard system.
I'm not one for spending all afternoon at a dealership.. I came prepared, told my salesman what I needed.. went straight to the car, their inventory is tremendous. Told Ken where we needed to be on final result after trade in etc., left, he made it happen. We came back, signed our paperwork, drove away. Sounds almost too good to be true, or perhaps I work for the dealership? None of those, it was perfection.
Ken Delk was extremely responsive and prompt. He made the lease process move smoothly and efficiently. Jared was excellent as well. I would recommend this dealership.
Jerry is an excellent salesman. He took the time to explain everything and was very patient with all the questions we asked. He made sure everything was perfect when we picked up our car. Fred Palmer, the sales manager was awesome to work with and gave us a fantastic deal on our car. Mike in fiancé was great to work with as well. He is very well versed with all the forms and paperwork and got us through very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
