I initially inquired online about a used vehicle that was located at the BMW Middleburg Heights location. I was contacted promptly by "Q" and told him I lived near BMW of Westlake. He immediately had the vehicle brought to that dealership and put me in touch with a salesman there. After a test drive and quick discussion of numbers and my options, I reached a deal with Steve M. Having had no experience at purchasing something this large on line Q was great to work with from the start. Compared to the other out of state sellers that I was forking with Q was quick to respond to the questions I had. He was helpful in allowing me make an informed decision. Q was great to work with from the start. Being an out-of-state buyer who could not physically be there he was extremely patient and detailed as far as honoring requests for as many pictures videos etc. of the car that I needed so I could make an informed decision. Even though in the end I ended up not purchasing this particular vehicle I would highly recommend him and gladly work with him again on a future deal. If you are doing business at this store and want to be taken care of right ask for Q.
