I was in the dealership for service and browsing the lot to kill time. Steve offered to help me while I waited for my 5 series to be serviced. Steve Mihalic was upfront and worked quickly to answer my questions and followed up with a few emails later that day. We agreed on a fair price and fair transaction. Finance team was easy to work with too. I came back a few days later and they had everything ready for me and I was in and out in 1 hour with the CPO vehicle I wanted. Thank you BMW Westlake Jason

Everyone at BMW of Westlake are very helpful, friendly and tried to make my new experience with BMW as comfortably as it can be. Jerry Mancini was very helpful and helped me to find my new car that I am in love with. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I gave this dealership a five rating because they were very easy to work with, trustworthy and went the extra mile to get me the exact car I wanted. Howard Schneider helped us get into a 2017 530xi (for my wife); he is very professional, knowledgable and, of great importance to me, very personable. I plan to trade my 2015 X5 in for a 2017 X5 and will definitely deal with Howard on this one as well.
Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburban street, but was completely stranded a day before leaving for vacation. The closest dealership was BMW of Westlake, so I called for a tow to their service department. Even though it was after 5pm I was able to reach General Manager, Adam Moon.
