In short, I worked with John Redden for 6 months trying to find my perfect car. Throughout that entire time I was treated with respect and never pressured to purchase a car. Jerry Mancini is highly recommend. He did everything he said he would and on time. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. He actually called a few days after picking up the vehicle to make sure things were good.

Was looking on line at Used BMWs either a 320 or 328i with less then 30,000 miles and came across a 320i manual transmission and saw that BMW of Westlake had one it was the right color, miles and price. I put in an inquiry on line and got a response the next day from Jerry Mancini and went in with my 2003 Saab 9-3 that I traded. Jerry and his associates gave me the confidence I needed to feel comfortable with getting me out of my old car and into my new one within a 3 day time frame!
