Found an older Audi convertible I liked online at this dealership and spoke to Q. I live 3 states away. He was easy to work with and we came to an agreement quickly. I had to fly in and he picked me up at the airport. I appreciated his follow up and responsiveness. Good experience. Wish they had offered a better warranty than 1 week / 1000 miles.
Steve was extremely patient as we test drove over 5 cars. He did not push us into one model. He even stayed after hours as we were considering the offer. After multiple evaluations, he realized what we were looking for and made a suggestion that we eventually purchased. The staff is very warm and welcoming when you go there. We had never been in a BMW dealership before but felt like family the moment we arrived. From the cashier, to technician, to salesman Ken and even the Center Manager Adam, they all took the time to talk to us and ensure that we had everything we needed. This is the second set of vehicles we have leased from BMW of Westlake and Ken Delk. From the beginning to the end they made everything extremely easy and convenient. Great Dealership. Very friendly and welcoming. Salesman Ken Delk was very nice and informative. He made sure I got what I wanted at the best deal possible. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership.
Howard is likable and competent and generally available when and how he is needed. Howard showed a sincere desire to minimize the amount of time I waited to test drive the 335 and I appreciated that.
My wife and I set out in the morning to look at a new Mercedes, but we were totally turned off by the looks and atmosphere of the Mercedes dealer and after 20 minutes or so we had no offer of assistance. We were thinking of going home but searched our phone for other dealers in the area and found BMW of Westlake to be very close.
